Printing process

✓ Screen printing: high-precision positioning printing technology, scratch resistant, achieving permanent attachment of anti-counterfeiting labels, brand logos, etc

✓ Color printing: using environmentally friendly water-based ink, supporting full range customization of color cards, suitable for personalized needs of beverage and alcohol bottle caps

✓ Anodizing: Micro scale oxide film is formed through electrolytic coloring process to enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum caps

✓ Concave convex embossing: 3D relief effect technology, combined with tactile UV coating, applied to high-end liquor packaging anti-counterfeiting and brand enhancement

✓ Heat transfer printing: Food grade hot stamping film transfer printing technology achieves one-time molding of complex patterns, improving production efficiency

Product customization instructions

Customized specifications:
Diameter: 22, 25, 28, 35, 38, other customized sizes;
Height: 15-60mm

Gasket types: TPE (molded) gaskets, silicone plugs/gaskets, plastic plugs, butyl plugs/gaskets, PE gaskets

Plate making fee: No plate making fee for monochrome printing with L0G0 or multi-color printing of patterns. A plate making fee of 300 yuan will be charged for the first batch of customized orders (excluding the base color), and will no longer be charged in the future.

Small batch fee: The minimum order quantity is 100000 pieces, and an additional 800 yuan small batch fee will be charged for orders below the minimum order quantity.

Mold fee: For non universal specifications, new molds will be charged.

Sample fee: 1400 yuan.

Note: Orders of 800000 units at once or 2 million units accumulated within one year will result in a refund of sampling fees, plate making fees, and small batch fees. Accumulated orders of 3 million units within one year, with mold fees refunded.
