Printing process:

✓ Screen printing: a high-precision positioning printing technology, resistant to scratching, enabling permanent attachment of anti-counterfeiting marks, brand logos, etc

✓ Color printing: Utilizing environmentally friendly water-based ink, we support full customization of color cards, catering to the personalized needs of beverage and alcohol bottle caps

✓ Anodizing: Forming micron-scale oxide films through electrolytic coloring process to enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum caps

✓ Embossing: 3D embossing effect process, combined with tactile UV coating, applied to high-end liquor packaging for anti-counterfeiting and brand enhancement

✓ Thermal transfer: Food-grade hot stamping film transfer technology, enabling complex patterns to be formed in one go, thereby enhancing production efficiency

✓ Laser Hollowing: 0.1mm-level micro-hole engraving process, balancing breathability and sealing requirements, suitable for fermented food packaging

Product Customization Instructions

Customized specifications:

Diameter: 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 35mm, 38mm, and other customized sizes;

Height: 15-60mm

Gasket types: TPE (molded) gasket, silicone rubber plug/gasket, plastic rubber plug, butyl rubber plug/gasket, PE gasket

Plate making fee: For monochrome printing with LOGO or multi-color printing with patterns, there is no plate making fee. For the first batch of custom orders, a plate making fee of 300 yuan per color (excluding the background color) will be charged. No further charges will be applied thereafter.

Small batch fee: The minimum order quantity is 100,000 units. An additional small batch fee of 800 yuan will be charged for orders below the minimum order quantity.

Mold fee: For non-standard specifications, a mold opening fee will be charged for new molds.

Sample fee: 1400 yuan.

Note: For one-time orders of 800,000 units or cumulative orders of 2 million units within one year, the sample fee, plate making fee, and small batch fee will be refunded. For cumulative orders of 3 million units within one year, the mold fee will be refunded.
